Doctor Who Internet brings you relevant videos, articles, and various fan projects of amazing, humorous, or historical relevance.

It’s been announced that for the first time, the Doctor Who and Star Trek franchises will be merging- in the form of comic! See the eleventh Doctor and Captain Jean-Luc Picard fight what is assumed to be the Borg. Hopes are up to see Who villains in the mix as well. Read about it here: [link]

:bulletblue: Remembrance of the Daleks [link] A fan made TV trailer to entertain. Also to note, if one buys the special edition 2-disc version of this story, it includes the Davros Connections documentary which contains special CGI animated clips of the Big Finish radio dramas featuring Davros. :bulletblue: Don’t Rain on my Parade [link] Music video that is basically what the tin says.

:bulletblue: Sophie Aldred [link] Read an interview with Sophie Aldred who played the seventh Doctor’s companion, Ace. She’s asked about the 50th anniversary.

:bulletblue: Doctor Who FAQ [link] There are people who are just getting into Doctor Who with frequent questions about the Time War, his age, his family, and this is a great FAQ. I even learned a few new things.

:bulletblue: WeeOooo [link] Tim Minchin performs the Doctor Who theme on keytard at the BBC Comedy Proms. Also, note that ‘Tim Minchin’ looks like Time Machine.

:bulletblue: Season 26B [link] Coming back for a second mention is season 26B, the fanmade episodes depicting events such as the Time War with well made ‘episodes’ derived from various footage. Here on their YouTube channel are some of the episodes.

:bulletblue: Novis Nerdfest [link] If the basic premise of singing sci-fi songs doesn’t already attract, know that two of them will be quite familiar....If not all of them.

:bulletblue: SFX Acceptance [link] Not directly related but highly amusing is Neil Gaiman’s acceptance speech video regarding his SFX award for writing The Doctor’s Wife.

Apologies for delay and take note of last weekend’s lack of a blog. My hard drive decided to eat all of my files and a recovery battle ensued.

:bulletgreen: Renewed? Have I? That's it, I've been renewed. It's part of the TARDIS. Without it I couldn't survive.

I'm not much of a Star Trek fan but if the Doctor is going to be anywhere in it then I might just have to buy that comic!
I have yet to watch anything of the old series (bad me) but with all the information I've gathered I really feel like Ace would be one of my favorite companions. I really do wish the show would bring her back on.
Doctor Who theme with a huge orchestra live? WHY WASN'T I THERE?!
Neil Gaiman's acceptance speech...like we needed more proof on how awesome he was ;D
